Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1-15oz. can whole corn, drained of water
1-15oz. can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 large eggs at room temperature
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup white sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray an 8X8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
4. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5. Bake for 50 minutes or until the top is set.
6. Remove from oven and serve warm.
